Make a video from the right photos
Flying Car uses one adult driver portrait for a 10-second vertical video. AI Zombie Trend uses two separate images for a 12-second story: the first becomes the infected character, the second the surviving companion. People or pets are permitted for the zombie story. Read its horror and weapon content notes before choosing it.
Use authorized JPG, PNG or still WebP images up to 10 MiB each. Each side must be more than 300 and less than 6000 pixels, the image at most 16 million pixels, and width divided by height greater than 0.4 and less than 2.5. A browser photo preview is not a generated video. The purchase is $6.99 USD for one generation, not a subscription.

Save the full private link before leaving for Stripe. Open My orders in the same browser on the same domain, or import your complete saved link. Browser data clearing, private browsing, a different browser or device, and blocked storage can remove saved access. A receipt is not an access key; no automated video email or email-based order lookup is provided.
After returning from checkout, refresh the matching order for confirmed payment and generation status. A cancelled or successful return URL alone does not determine the payment outcome. Do not buy another video to refresh a paid order.
Missing, failed or expired videos
Processing time varies. Download a completed MP4 immediately, check that it plays and keep your own copy. Results remain available for seven days after successful completion. Unpaid orders and submitted source images have separate 24-hour expiry periods from order creation. Expired or deleted files cannot be restored.
For a completed charge with no result, generation failure, corrupt download or unexplained status, keep the order ID, receipt reference and error details. Refund pending is not a confirmed refund. A technical delivery problem is reviewed separately from subjective disappointment with a delivered result.
Ask for help safely
Email support@zombieaicouple.org with PickATrend in the subject and a short description of your problem. Include an order ID and receipt reference where relevant, but not full card details, private tokens or unnecessary photos. Support can investigate payment and service issues but cannot promise access restoration without a valid private token or recover removed media.
