PICKATREND

Content Policy

Use authorized images for fictional videos without exploiting, misleading or harming people or animals.

What you may submit

Submit your own images or images you have the necessary rights and permission to process. Every identifiable human subject must be an adult and consent to the fictional scene, not just to having a photograph taken. People and pets are permitted as references for AI Zombie Trend; obtain appropriate image rights and owner permission for pets.

Flying Car uses an adult driver portrait. The zombie story uses two separate reference images in labelled roles: infected character first, surviving companion second. Pet references are permitted but do not guarantee natural anatomy or a particular interaction. Never cause distress to an animal to obtain a photograph.

Children and sexual or non-consensual content

Do not upload images of children. These templates include fictional danger, horror or weapons and are not offered for depicting minors. Do not submit sexual or explicit content, intimate images without consent, sexual exploitation, or attempts to sexualize a real person.

Public availability of an image is not permission. Do not use a stranger’s or public figure’s likeness for a non-consensual depiction, deceptive impersonation, humiliation or a false endorsement.

Violence, abuse and harmful deception

Do not submit or seek graphic violence, blood or gore, animal cruelty, abuse, threats, hateful harassment or content intended to target or intimidate someone. Do not create forged evidence, fraudulent announcements or misleading footage purporting to show a real event.

Do not bypass upload restrictions or model safety controls. Do not misuse another person’s private order link, access their media without authorization or publicly distribute access tokens.

The boundary for fictional zombie scenes

The zombie story is non-graphic fiction. It includes pronounced undead makeup, distress and a handgun that is not meant to fire, followed by an embrace and a healthy memory. Its direction excludes attacks, bites, blood, gore and injury. Choose it only when the adults involved agree to that depiction.

Template directions and safety checks do not prove every generated frame will comply. Watch the entire result and listen to its audio before sharing. Do not distribute a result containing prohibited abuse, graphic injury or other material that violates this policy. A pet reference does not permit animal harm.

Publishing, reports and enforcement

Respect others’ image, privacy, publicity, copyright and trademark rights when publishing. Identify synthetic footage when it could be mistaken for a real event. Obtain any additional music permissions and follow the destination platform’s rules.

Send content or rights concerns to support@zombieaicouple.org with PickATrend in the subject. Explain the location of the material, the issue, your relationship to it and how to contact you. Do not attach unlawful material or expose private tokens in a public report.

We may investigate reports, request clarifying information, restrict abusive use or remove service-held material where appropriate. We do not promise automatic detection, immediate removal or control over copies someone has already downloaded or posted elsewhere. Report a payment or remedy question through the same contact channel; statutory rights remain intact.
