PICKATREND

Terms of Use

Conditions for using PickATrend and buying a one-time, privately delivered AI video.

The service and these terms

PickATrend is the operating brand of this service. Contact support@zombieaicouple.org, identifying PickATrend, for service questions. These terms apply to use of the website and video orders, together with the Privacy Policy, Content Policy and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Checkout availability is determined by the service. A catalogue entry, illustration, sample or unavailable payment control is not a completed purchase or a reservation.

Your images and permission

You must hold the necessary rights in each submitted image and have consent from every identifiable person for its processing and fictional depiction. All human subjects must be adults. Pet images are permitted for the zombie story with appropriate image and owner permissions. Do not submit children, sexual material, non-consensual images, abusive or graphic content, or material that infringes others’ rights.

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize PickATrend and its processors to store, transmit and process the inputs as needed to supply the requested service, maintain security and carry out the purposes described in Privacy. This is not permission to use your photos as public promotional examples.

The one-time purchase

The price is $6.99 USD for one video generation paid through Stripe. There is no subscription, credit bundle or unlimited remake entitlement. Review the story, image roles, format and checkout total before paying. Your issuer may apply currency-conversion fees.

The service fulfills after server-confirmed payment. A success or cancelled checkout address does not by itself confirm whether payment completed. Keep the order ID, receipt and full private link, and do not buy again simply because a paid order is still processing.

What the templates request

Flying Car uses one adult driver reference for a fixed 10-second, vertical 9:16 traffic-escape scene. AI Zombie Trend uses two separate person or pet references for a fixed 12-second reunion and memory scene, in 9:16 or 16:9. The first reference is infected; the second is the surviving companion. The zombie scene includes non-graphic undead makeup and an unfired handgun, with no requested blood, bites, injury or spoken dialogue.

Generation uses 720p settings and generated audio through SeeAPI. You choose the photos and available format, not a custom script or licensed song. Duration, framing, story and audio directions describe the request; AI likeness, anatomy, expressions, motion, timing, transitions and sound can vary. Pet references do not guarantee natural human-like actions. A sample is not an exact-output promise.

No viral reach, earnings, exclusive output, copyright protection or clearance of every third-party right is guaranteed. These limitations do not excuse non-delivery, defects or material misdescription, or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Processing, delivery and private access

Processing time varies; no exact completion time is promised. Follow the matching private order page for verified status. Save the full private link before checkout. My orders remembers order IDs and tokens only in the same browser on the same domain while browser storage survives.

Clearing data, private browsing, blocked storage or changing devices can remove saved access. Importing your separately saved full link can restore access to an available order. A receipt, support email or order ID is not a private token. No automated video email or email-based order recovery is provided; support cannot guarantee restoration without the token.

Unpaid orders expire 24 hours after creation. Source images have a separate 24-hour retention period from creation. Completed videos are available for seven days after successful completion, with the deadline shown on the order page. Download promptly and keep your own MP4 backup. The service is not permanent hosting, and expired or deleted media cannot be restored.

Sharing and acceptable use

Review the complete output before publishing it. Respect image rights, privacy, publicity rights and applicable platform rules; obtain any separate music permissions you need. Do not portray synthetic content as evidence of a real event or imply a person’s endorsement without permission.

Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, deceptive impersonation, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation or animal abuse. Do not bypass safety controls, attack the service, misuse private links or attempt to access another person’s order. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use and remove service-held material where appropriate.

Cancellation, defects and refunds

You may leave an unpaid draft unpaid or use its deletion control. Closing checkout, closing a browser or deleting media does not by itself cancel a completed payment or stop a generation already submitted. Contact support about a cancellation or incorrect charge rather than assuming a local action reversed payment.

Confirmed technical generation or delivery failures are grounds for a remedy under the Refund Policy. Uncertain payment or generation outcomes require review. Disappointment with a successfully delivered video is distinct from non-delivery or a defect, but completed orders are not categorically non-refundable.

Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, repair, refund and other consumer rights remain intact. Payment alone is not treated here as any express consent or acknowledgment required by law to begin digital fulfillment during a withdrawal period.

Service responsibility and disputes

Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or provider failures. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or other non-excludable liability, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.

Updates apply to future use and orders as legally permitted and do not retroactively remove accrued rights. Applicable law determines governing law, competent courts and consumer protections; these terms do not invent an exclusive jurisdiction. Contact support to seek resolution without limiting your rights to a payment provider, consumer authority or competent court.
